Any “special place” is ours alone.
Whenever we return there, we feel
it’s resonance. It is a palpable relationship, one that conjures up heartfelt feelings and enduring memories.
We are a collective of individuals,
all seeking meaningfulness, and
finding comfort, in our special
PLACE...

A very special Thank You to the Compendium Gallery team (Elle, Sam, Ian and Chris) for inviting me to exhibit in the stunning High street Armadale Gallery space.

Also I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all my family, friends and followers for making the Opening night such an amazing success.

So” PLACE”. Well, place is a very personal subject for me, and I hope that through my paintings, will resonate with everyone too. Coming out of the Melbourne lockdown years, I think the theme place is more important than ever. During that period, we were forced to find “new places” within our local zone, and we were also able to reflect on all the places that we longed to see again.

Place can also be described as a metaphoric term for “someone being in a good emotional place and mentally well. People that know me well know that I have been through a few difficult years in recent times. However, I’m now so much happier than I have been in years, and I hope that this is evident through my PLACE collection.

The exhibition was an overwhelming success as 11 of the 16 pieces were sold over the exhibition period.
